SPARC Sensor BU focuses on CIS foundry services, optical and Hall sensor products

Leveraging LFoundry's 110nm node and expertise in stacking, vertical Hall, and backside design, SPARC has developed proprietary 3D optical IDM and Hall sensor products, delivering unique high-value solutions used in EV/HEV, industrial, communication, medical, New energy, power grid and consumer scenarios.
